Cool Tools 2016

This session will review a number of STEM activities that are easy to integrate into any curriculum, and at different price points and experience levels. Given that CCSS increases not just writing but also TECHNOLOGY, it is imperative that all classroom teachers become comfortable with and knowledgable of tools and activities to provide experiential learning and increase student engagement. Tools to be reviewed include coding, math, science, green energy, circuitry, and as much as can be fit into 60 minutes! Humanities will not be left out: we will brainstorm ways to integrate these activities into humanities courses.
