During this session participants will learn how to blend videoconference technology and real world applications of history and science content into classroom curriculum through the California State Parks PORTS Distance Learning Program. The PORTS program brings unique park resources and access to content specialists directly into the classroom virtually through free, live interactive videoconferencing. This presentation will explore methods of enhancing classroom curriculum, program opportunities, and the technology involved.
